A rare and very detailed bird’s-eye view of Moscow, oriented to the west, based on the studies of Abraham Olearius. On the left panel with 39 most important buildings and points of interest listed.

The view comes from the book “Voyages tres-curieux & tres-renommez faits en Moscovie, Tartarie et Perse…”  published and engraved by Pieter van der Aa in Leiden, 1727.
