Detailed copper engraving map of Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Belarus. Below coats of arms of Stanislaw August Poniatowski, the last King and Grand Duke of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. On the right side of the cartouche a legend with four colors referring to the 1st partition of Poland: Portiones 1772.

The map, fifth state, comes from T. C. Lotter atlas „Atlas Novus Sive Tabulae Geographicae Totius Orbis Faciem, Partes, Imperia, Regna et Provincias exhibentes, exactissima cura iuxta recentissimas observation. Aeri incisae et venum expositae a Tibia Conrado Lotter, Calcogr. et Geographo…” published in Augsburg in 1773.
