Description:

Very large and magnificent detailed panorama view of London city, England. Drawings were made from the balloon by Thomas Sulman and it shows the Thames from the Houses of Parliament to St Katherine’s Dock. The view includes Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, the Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Tower of London, Regent’s Park, Lambeth Palace, Royal Hospital, Waterloo Station, St George’s Circus and many more known places in London.

The wiev comes as an attachment in the “Illustrated London News” published in 1861, engraved by Robert Loudan after Thomas Sulman drawings.
