Title:                      “A New Map of the Terraqueous Globe according to the latest and most general Divisions of it into Continents and Oceans.”​

Description:
Highly decorative double hemisphere map of the World. Shows California as an Island, an incomplete New Holland a partially explored Australia attached to N. Guinea, partial New Zealand Coast line and no Southern Continent. The map is surrounded by accurately engraved scenes including the royal coat of arms and a dedication to His Highness William, Duke of Gloucester. Engraved by Michael Burghers.
