Very decorative bird’s-eye view map of the fortified city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Upper Podolia, Ukraine, created by Nicolas de Fer. The map provides a detailed view of the city’s natural defenses and fortifications. A numbered list identifies 28 specific sites within the city and fortress, including churches, hospitals, and military structures.

The engraving comes from the Nicolas de Fer atlas “Les Forces de l’Europe, ou Description des principales villes, avec leurs fortifications.” published in Paris, 1693.
