The map comes from French edition of Sebastian Münster’s Cosmography, titled “La Cosmographie Universelle, contenant la situation de toutes les parties du monde, auecleurs proprietez & appartenances”, engraved by Martin Hoffmann, published by Heinrich Petri in Basel, 1560.
