Description:

Decorative and very detailed map of Germany with the parts of France, Switzerland, northern Italy, Austria, Poland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Bohemia, Hungary and Slovenia. Top left figurative title cartouche with portrait of Charles VI, bottom left a description key with imperial eagle and putti.

The map comes from the Johann Baptist Homann atlas “Atlas Novus Terrarum Orbis Imperia…“ published in Nuremberg 1720.
