Very impressive and unusual table of distances between major European cities, over 200 cities included, this style is still used today. The chart also gives the distance to select cities outside of Europe including Jerusalem and London. Decorative title cartouche shows the methods of measuring distances at that time.
The map comes from T. C. Lotter atlas “Grosser Atlas…” published in Augsburg, 1760.
