Rare, impressively decorative, large and highly detailed wall map of Europe by Jean Baptiste Louis Clouet. Beautiful rococo border with 20 vignettes surrounding the map showing historical, Biblical scenes with various monarchs. There are texts beneath each of the vignettes in French and Spanish languages. Small inset map at left of Nova Zembla, Russia present too.
