A very rare view of Vilnius, Lithuania, made by Italian geographer Rafael Savonarola and published in atlas “Universus terrarum orbis scriptorum calamo delineatus” in Padua. The book was signed anagrams Alphonso Lasor a Varea to summarize previous geographical achievements, original records Valeggio and Roth were used to print. Lazor’s sheets are distinguished by the presence of the text on the page. This map is simplified image from the book “Civitates orbis terrarum” issued by Braun and Hogenberg Vilnius city view.
