Description:
Rare and highly detailed Giovanni Maria Cassini’s copper engraved map of the areas of Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia and Russia. The map notes cities, towns, villages, rivers, reliefs, islands and lakes. A decorative title cartouche with a landscape scene and a mileage scale adorns the map.

Comes from the Giovanni Maria Cassini atlas “Nuovo Atlante Geografico Universale delineato sulle ultime osservazioni” published in Rome, 1796.
