A rare view of Saint Basil’s Cathedral, Kremlin, Moscow. It depicts the Ivan the Great Bell Tower, a church tower inside the Saint Basil’s Cathedral complex, the tallest tower and structure of Kremlin.
The view comes from the book “Voyages tres-curieux & tres-renommez faits en Moscovie, Tartarie et Perse…” engraved by N. Witsen, published by Pieter van der Aa in Leiden, 1727.
