Title:                      “Poloniae Finitimarumque locorum descriptio Auctore Wencelslao Godreccio

Description:
One of the earliest big format map of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. It’s based upon the map of Waclow Godrecki which was first published in 1558.

The map comes from Ortelius atlas issued in latin language “Theatrum Orbis Terrarum. Auctoris aere & cura impressum absolutumque apud Aegid. Coppenium Diest, Antverpiae” published in Antwerp, 1584.
