Decorative map of Northern & Eastern Russia by J. Blaeu, includes a Russian Imperial coat of arms and two cartouches.

The map comes from German edition atlas “Theatrum Orbis terrarum, sive atlas novus .” engraved by Isaac Massa, published in Amsterdam, 1630.
