Description:
​The map shows the regions of Western Ukraine after the first division of the Polish Rzeczpospolita. In 1772, 1793 and 1795 the territories of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth were divided between the Prussian Kingdom, the Russian Empire and the Austrian monarchy. The map shows the territories of the modern Chernovitskaya, Ivano-Frankovskaya and part of Lwowskaya regions which were annexed by Austria and the territories of Ternopolskaya, Lutskaya, Khmelnitskaya and Rovenskaya regions that still belong to Rzeczpospolita. Map engraved by G. Zuliani, published in atlas “Atlante Novissimo” by Antonio Zatta in 1781. Map dated!
